Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dissolve the gelatin with 100mL water, mix until melted.

Step 2
In a bowl, combine sugar with 200mL water, mix until sugar has dissolved.

Step 3
Add the gelatin mixture from (1) and keep stirring.

Step 4
Transfer into mooncake trays and fill each one half way, then refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Step 5
Once the gelatin begins to set, add some red beans in the center.

Step 6
Then top up the trays with remaining gelatin mixture.

Step 7
Return to the refrigerator and cool for another 30 minutes until completely set. Ready to serve.
