Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and set aside. Clean and pat dry the chicken wings. Poke holes on the skin with a fork.

Step 2
Marinate with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and yogurt for 20 minutes.

Step 3
Place the Hang Heung Egg Rolls in a zipping bag and crumble until small pieces.

Step 4
Add chicken wings. Slightly press to ensure all chicken wings are coated with egg roll crumbles evenly.

Step 5
Place on the baking tray.

Step 6
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
