Crispy Spinach and Pork Dumpling

Step 1
Wash the spinach and blanch it for 1 minute

Step 2
Transfer to cold water

Step 3
Squeeze dry and chop

Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together and mix well

Place 1 tablespoon of the filling on the wrapper

Fold it into a dumpling shape

Repeat the step

In a pan, add oil on a medium high heat. Place the dumpling in the pan side by side (you can make it in round shape or line up depends on your preference)

Add 150mL water

Step 10
Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes on high heat

When the water is almost evaporate, reduce the heat to medium

Drizzle about 2 tbsp of sesame oil from the side of the pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown
