Step 1
Pit and peel the peach. Cut the peach, tomato, green chilli and red onion into dices. Roughly chop the parsley.

Step 2
In medium heat, add some oil to the pan and sear the shrimp until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3
Place all the ingredients into a big bowl. Add lime juice, honey, salt, black pepper and chilli powder. Mix well with the ingredients and form the salsa.

Step 4
Serve salsa with the taco shells. Enjoy!
