Rinse and soak the glutinous rice for 3 hours

drain and mix with the plain rice

Transfer to the plate and steam for 20 minutes

Slightly beat the egg in a bowl

Place a plastic wrap on the surface area, layer the rice at the bottom

Place the ham and cheese accordingly

Add another layer of rice to form into a patty

Dredge the rice cake with flour and dip with egg wash then coat it with bread crumb

In a pan, add enough oil for frying. On high heat, fry the rice cake until golden on the outside, about 3 minutes
