Crispy Dumplings over Noodle with Green and Ginger Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Chop the green onion

Step 2
Grate the ginger

Step 3
In a sauce pan, heat the 2 tbsp oil on a medium heat. Add the green onion, ginger and cook until fragrant. Add the sugar and cook until dissolve

Transfer to the small bowl, add the light soy sauce and mix to combine

In a pot, add some water and bring it to boil. Add the instant noodle and cook until it separate and cook the noodle in your personal preference

Drain and transfer to the serving bowl, add the green onion and ginger sauce in the noodle and toss it together. Transfer to the plate and set aside

Add some oil in a pan. Turn on medium heat

Step 8
Add the Wanchai Ferry Dumpling Chive & Pork Fried Dumpling(no need to de-frost) and pan-fry for 1 minute

Step 9
Add 100mL water

Step 10
Cover the lid and cook it for 6 minutes over medium heat

Step 11
Remove the lid and continue to cook for 3 minutes until the liquid has evaporated and dumplings turn golden brown
