Taro and duck is a perfect match, the soft taro after cooked with the duck flavor, deep fry until crispy. The little sour of the kimchi can balance the greasiness. The smell catch your attention before put in the mouth.

Step 1
Clean the taro and place in the pot with enough water to cover, cook until soft and remove the skin.

Step 2
Chop the kimchi. Soften the butter. Slice the smoked duck breast.

Step 3
Mash the taro, add the butter, kimchi, fried shallot, pepper salt and mix well.

Step 4
Place the bean curd sheet on the cutting board. Add the taro mixture in the middle.

Step 5
Spread the taro mixture in a thin layer and trim into square shape.

Step 6
Lay the slice duck breast and then spread another layer of the taro mixture.

Step 7
Fold the bean curd sheet into square shape.

In a pan, add enough oil to fry. Add the bean curd pocket and fry until golden brown about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to the kitchen paper and soak up the excess grease.
