Prepare the honey mustard dressing. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard and lemon juice

Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Dice the carrot and red onion. Rinse the broccoli florets and cut into smaller pieces

In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the broccoli and carrot for a minute. Drain and set aside

In the same pot, add some salt and cook the San Remo Spirals until al dente. Transfer to cold water to let cool, drain and set aside

In a large bowl, combine the San Remo Spirals, broccoli florets, carrot and red onion

Gradually add the honey mustard dressing, fold until the pasta salad has coated with the dressing

Step 8
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes
