Cherry Tomato Marinade
Avocado Pesto Sauce

Step 1
Halve the Cherry tomatoes, marinade with some olive oil, dry herbs, salt and pepper, mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Boil a pot of water, add in pasta to cook for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, put all pesto ingredients into the blender and blend into a smooth creamy sauce.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix with the pesto sauce. Top with the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with some Parmesan Cheese. Serve immediately.
