Cream Top Strawberry Parfait

Step 1
Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water until soft.

Step 2
Cook the cranberry juice and powedered sugar until simmer and sugar melted.

Step 3
Add the softened gelatin sheet and mix well. Put the glasses in 45 degree angle. Pour the mixture into the glasses.

Step 4
Dice 4 strawberries and add to the cranberry mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.

Step 5
Add 6 strawberries and powdered sugar into a blender and mix well.

Step 6
Whip the whipping cream. Mix with the strawberry juice.

Step 7
Add the strawberry cream on the jelly.

Step 8
Whip the topping cream. Garnish the jelly with topping cream, strawberries, strawberry biscuit sticks and mint leaves. Ready to serve.
