Cream of Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup

Step 1
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets

Step 2
Peel and cut the onion into pieces

Step 3
Heat a pan over high heat, add some oil and sauté the onion until fragrant

Add the broccoli, cauliflower and cook until tender. Sprinkle with some salt

Add the water enough to cover the vegetable. Bring it to simmer and cook it for 30 minutes

Finely chop the red bell pepper

Heat a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the red pepper and corn until fragrant, season with salt and pepper, set aside for later use

Use a blender to blend the sop until smooth and cook for another 15 minutes

Add the heavy cream and bring it back to simmer

Season with salt and pepper. Add the garnish and ready to serve
