Corn starch4 tbsp
Butter170 g
Baking powder6 tsp
Topping cream30 ml

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Beat butter, sugar and salt.

Step 2
Slowly add the egg. Mix well.

Step 3
Sift the cake flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix well.

Step 4
Put the mixture into a piping bag. Pipe into the cup till 2/3 height.

Step 5
Bake at 190 ℃ for 15 minutes until golden. Set aside.

Step 6
Beat the sweet cream.

Step 7
Put the cream into a piping bag. Pipe it on the top of the cup cake. Sprinkle some sugar pearls. Ready to serve.
