Step 1

Cut chicken into small cubes and spring onion into section

Step 2

Marinade chicken with corn starch, oil, salt and white pepper

Step 3

In a hot pan with oil, sauté chicken until light brown and reserve

Step 4

In the same pan, add water and mix in cream corn

Step 5

Add a little salt and mix in chicken and corn starch water, cook until thicken

Step 6

Slowly stir in egg white and garnish with spring onion and serve over rice
