Step 1
Prepare fried rice. In a pan, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and fry until golden brown. Add the rice and fry 1 minute. Sprinkle the chopped parsley. Remove from heat.

Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.Place the cherry tomatoes evenly on a baking tray. Drizzle some oil and bake for 15 minutes. Set aside.

Dice the chicken leg and slice the mushrooms. Set aside.

In another pan, add some oil. Sauté the diced onion and 1/2 tsp salt. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Stir in green peas, mushrooms, curry powder chicken broth and water. Cover the lid and co

Add sour cream, salt and black pepper. Stir well and remove from heat. Transfer to a plate.

Step 6
Spread some oil on the mold. Fill with fried rice. Place the cherry tomatoes on the plate. Remove the mold and place the rice on the middle of the plate.

Sprinkle the chopped parsley, white sesame and blanched cauliflowers as garnish. Ready to serve.
