Cranberry Chicken Salad Wrap

Tired of sandwich made with bread, try using tortilla to wrap with your favourite Salad as a healthy snack
Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Finely chopped the celery and red onion

Step 2
In a pan, add oil on the medium heat, season the chicken with salt and pepper

Step 3
sear the chicken on both side until golden brown

Step 4
place in the oven with the heat of 180C for about 8-10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked

Step 5
Let cool the chicken and cut it into small diced and transfer to the mixing bowl

Step 6
Combine the celery, red onion, cranberry with the chicken. Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper taste

Step 7
Spread lettuce onto tortilla, add chicken salad on top

Step 8
wrap tight and cut the tip off teh wrap and serve
