Cranberry Bread Pudding

A perfect Christmas dinner ends with a warm dessert. This bread pudding is fluffy and soft with a mild sweetness.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the bread diagonally into 4 triangles. Brush with melted unsalted butter.

Step 2
Beat the eggs, add sugar and mix well. Add milk, whipping cream, vanilla extract and cinnamon and whisk together.

Step 3
Layer the bread into a baking bowl and sprinkle with dried cranberry.

Step 4
Pour in milk mixture. Slightly press so that the bread absorbs the milk mixture.

Step 5
Place ontoa baking tray. Add hot water until reached 1/2 height of the tray. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6
Sprinkle with icing sugar and garnish with mint leaves. Ready to serve.
