Crab Leg with Cucumber and Papaya

King Crab has the title of "King of the Crab", its huge size, succulent flavor is also different from other crabs. Crab legs is the most full of flesh from king crab. Step 1
Cut the king crab leg meat in section

Step 2
In a pot, add some water and 25mL brandy and king crab leg. Blanch it for 5 minutes and drain.

Step 3
Remove the crab meat and mix it with mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and the remaining brandy. Toss well.

Step 4
Small dice the cucumber and papaya.

Step 5
Prepare a round mold, add the crab mixture, cucumber and papaya.

Step 6
Remove the mold and add the tobiko on top and ready to serve.
