Crab congee is one of the ways to enjoy crab. The freshness of the crab which mix together with the congee. Having the crab and also taste the rice flavor. By using green onion and ginger to enhance the flavor along with the seaweed to cook. This can be a great dinner or late night snack.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean the crab and open the shell. Cut into 4 pieces.

Step 2
Peel and slice the ginger.

Step 3
Clean the baby bok choi and cut into forth.

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil. Add the rice and bring it boil again over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and cook it for 15 minutes. Stir it 2-3 times to prevent stick in the bottom.

Step 5
Add the crab, ginger, Chinese cooking wine and cook for 5-10 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Add the baby bok choi, salt, white pepper, light soy sauce, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
