Corned Beef Sandwich with Coleslaw Salad

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 100 °C.

Step 2
In a bowl, add sea salt, black pepper, cilantro seed powder, paprika, yellow mustard powder, white pepper and mix well. Set aside.

Step 3
In another bowl, add olive oil, minced garlic and mix well. Set aside.

Step 4
Remove any excess blood from beef tenderloin. Spread the garlic olive oil on the surface and coat with the mixed seasoning.

Step 5
Prepare 4 sheets of foil (about the size to wrap the beef tenderloin completely). Wrap the beef tenderloin with the foil. Place into the oven and bake for 4 hours. Let cool and refrigerate for at least half a day.

Step 6
Strip the cabbages. In a bowl, add all the vegetables and mix well. In a pot, add all the seasoning and bring it to boil to make the sauce.

Step 7
Add the sauce bit by bit to the mixed vegetables and mix gently. Let cool and place into an air-tight container. Keep in refrigerator.

Step 8
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.Remove the foil from the beef tenderloin. Place into the oven and bake for 7 minutes or until golden brown. Thin slice and set aside.
