The sweet all come from natural, corn and pumpkin contain quite a bit sugar.
In order to enhance the fullness on dessert, so part of the corn will leave in whole. This will extend the chewing time and increase the stomach fullness. To avoid to eat an extra bowl.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seed and cut into pieces. Bring the water to boil and cook the pumpkin until tender.

Step 2
Add skim milk and half of the corn and blend the mixture until smooth.

Step 3
Place the pumpkin puree in the pot and cook for 10 minutes. Add the remaining corn to the pumpkin puree and mix well.

Step 4
Add the low fat cream in the pumpkin, mix together. Turn off the heat and serve.
