Cordyceps Flower, Chicken Leg and Conch Soup

Step 1
Soak the conch until soft. Rinse and soak the wolfberries, Cordyceps flower, dried Chinese yam.

Step 2
Bring water to boil. Add ginger, conch, lean pork and chicken leg. Blanch the conch, lean pork and chicken legs for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
In a pot, add conch, lean pork, chicken legs, Cordyceps flower, wolfberries, dried Chinese yam and water. Bring to boil on medium heat.

Step 4
Cover the lid and cook for 1.5 hour on medium low heat.

Step 5
Remove the lid. Season with some salt and ready to serve.
