Cordyceps, Fish Maw and Conch Soup

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the conch and fish maw and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and soak the gorgon fruits, wolfberries, dried longans and dried orange peel.

Step 3
Soak the cordyceps for 5 minutes. Rinse and set aside.

Step 4
In a steam bowl, add conch, pork shank, fish maw, Cordyceps, gorgon fruits, dried Chinese yam, wolfberries, dried longans, dried orange peel and water. Steam on low heat for 2-3 hours.

Step 5
Season with salt if necessary and ready to serve.
