Step 1
Clean the mussels and remove their strings inside. Put them into pot

Step 2
Peel the lemon, cut the lemon peel to shreds and mix them well with white wine vinegar, olive oil, cooked-sesame and coriander leaves

Step 3
Add the mixture of sesame oil, lemon juice, white wine, sea salt and black pepper into pot, together with mussels

Step 4
When mussels are cooked, add the dressing mixed in step 2. Done
