Step 1
Clean bean strings and cut their heads and tails. Cut red chili to rings. Mash the garlic and cut ginger to shreds.

Step 2
Boil water and add half of shredded ginger, salt and oil. When water is boiling, blanch bean strings, then take out and let dry.

Step 3
Add vinegar, mashed garlic and salt into bean strings. Serve it on plate and spread on chili powder.

Step 4
Heat the pan with oil, add another half of shredded ginger. Pan-fry until u smell the flavor. Take out and put on bean stings. Garnish the dish with red chili rings.
