Coffee Jelly Milk Tea

Step 1
add sugar and 125mL water

bring it to simmer then add the coffee base until dissolve. Remove from the heat and set aside

In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over with 125mL cold water until the gelatin is dissolve

Then pour the coffee over until fully dissolved

Place the mixture into the container and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set

In the cup, add black tea and milk and fridge it until cold

Step 7
add about 50mL water and 2 tbsp sugar

cook until the sugar is dissolve, let cool and set aside

When the coffee jelly is ready, cut it into small cubes

Step 10
Add the jelly cubes in the serving cup

Step 11
Add the jelly cubes in the serving cup

Step 12
drizzle the sugar syrup and serve in cold
