Coconut Taro Chicken Steamed Rice with Sand Ginger Sauce

Step 1
Dice the taro and tear the red dates into small pieces. Rinse Golden Elephant Brand Premium Jasmine Rice and place into a rice cooker. Add coconut water and taro. Start cooking.

Step 2
Cut the chicken thigh into pieces. Marinate with sand ginger powder and light soy sauce for 15 minutes.

Step 3
When there are 15 minutes left for the rice cooking, add chicken, red dates and wolfberries. Continue to cook.

Step 4
Prepare the sauce by mixing sand ginger powder, chicken marinade sauce, light soy sauce, minced garlic and few drops of lime juice. Serve the chicken with the sauce.
