Coconut Sesame Sweet Soup with Sago

Step 1
Bring the water to boil, add the sago.

Step 2
Keep stirring until the sago is clear but have a white dot in the middle. Cover the lid and let sit until it become all clear.

Step 3
Drain and run through cold water 2-3 times.

Step 4
Toast the black sesame seed and black glutinous rice in a separate pan until fragrant.

Step 5
Add some water to mix together the powder and sugar. Transfer to the blender. Add some water while blending and blend until smooth.

Step 6
Combine the coconut milk and the sago. Pour it over the black sesame soup. Ready to serve.
