Step 1
Bring the water to boil, add the sago.

Step 2
Keep stirring until the sago is clear but have a white dot in the middle. Cover the lid and let sit until it become all clear.

Step 3
Drain and run through cold water 2-3 times.

Step 4
Cut the Tortoise Herb Jelly into small pieces and transfer in a bowl.
