Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour and sugar. Slowly add about 100mL water to mix until the dough is not sticky

Step 2
Cut the coconut sugar into small pieces

Step 3
Divided into a little dumplings, then stuff the coconut sugar in the middle and shape into a ball

Step 4
Set aside

Step 5
In the pot, bring the water to boil and add dumplings. Cook until the dumpling floating and set aside

Step 6
In another pot, boil 500ml of water, add fermented glutinous rice and sugar. Bring it to boil then add the osmanthus
