Coconut Rice Cake

Step 1
Add 454g sticky rice flour

Step 2
250g yellow sugar

Step 3
Mix well together

Step 4
Add 360mL KOS coconut milk

Step 5
Add 120mL evaporated milk

Step 6
Mix well together

Step 7
Add 3 eggs

Step 8
Then stir well

Step 9
Add in 150mL canola oil

Step 10
Add 5g baking powder and 10g white sugar

Step 11
Then stir again

Step 12
Pour the ingredients into the baking tray

Step 13
Bake in the preheated 180°C oven for 30 minutes

Step 14
Remove the rice cake from the oven, to be cooled 10-15 minutes and finally the rice cake cut into squares, with black and white sesame seeds serve
