Coconut Curry Chicken with Pita Bread

Not only Indian curry serves with bread, Japanese curry can do it too. Add some southeastern flavor with coconut milk and limes leaves.

Step 1
Slice the onion, shallot, garlic and red bird chili

Step 2
Cut the chicken into pieces and season with salt and black pepper

Step 3
In a dry pan, slightly toast the pita bread and cut into slice

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the garlic, shallot and onion until fragrant

Step 5
Add the chicken and cook until golden brown

Step 6
Break the lime leaves and stir together. Add the red bird chili

Step 7
Add the coconut milk and bring it to boil. Remove from the heat and add the curry cubes

Step 8
Add the palm sugar, stir until the curry and sugar has melted. Transfer to the serving dish. Serve with coconut curry chicken
