Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft and drain. Melt in a double boiler.

Step 2
Blend the low-fat milk and pandan leaves together. Sieve and set aside.

Step 3
Add rare sugar and heat on a medium low heat.

Step 4
Remove from heat. Add whipping cream, Jax Coco 100% Pure Coconut Water, gelatine solution and mix well.

Step 5
Pour into dessert cups. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Ready to serve.
