Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Blanch the watercress for 2 minutes. Drain and mince into tiny pieces.

Step 2
Halve the Chinese white cabbage.

Step 3
Combine minced pork, watercress, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper and egg. Mix well.

Step 4
Place the filling on wonton wrapper and seal the edge with some water. Cook the wonton in boiling water.

Step 5
Blanch the chicken thigh and set aside.

Step 6
Bring 800ml water to boil, add chicken dense soup treasure and let it dissolves completely. Add chicken thigh and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 7
Add Chinese white cabbage and cook for another 3 minutes. Place wonton into the soup and cook a bit. Ready to serve!
