Sauce Ingredients
Oyster sauce2 tsp
Salt1 tsp

Water100 ml
Corn starch, dissolved in 20mL water1 tbsp

Add clams to cook until clams are almost fully opened

Combine the oyster sauce ingredients

Step 3
Add minced garlic and onions

Step 4
Next add black beans to sauté for another 2 minutes

Step 5
Add clams and the oyster sauce ingredients

Step 6
Add the bell peppers

Step 7
Finally, add the thickening sauce
