Chrysanthemum, Wolfberries and Longan Jelly

Step 1
Soak the wolfberries and longan with warm water until soften

Step 2
Roughly chop the longan

Step 3
Soak the gelatine sheet with plain water and set aside

Step 4
Put the dried chrysanthemum into filter bag

Step 5
Bring a pot of water to a boil, soak the bag and simmer for 20 minutes

Step 6
Remove the dried chrysanthemum, add rock sugar and cook until sugar dissolved

Step 7
dd the rest of the mixture and chill in the fridge until set

Ready to serve
