Chrysanthemum Jelly with Wolfberries

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine water chestnut powder with 1.2L water.

Step 2
Mix well until smooth and all of the water chestnut powder is dissolved.

Step 3
In a pot, bring 300mL water to a boil on medium heat. Add the dried chrysanthemum, wolf berries, and sugar. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 4
Remove the chrysanthemum.

Step 5
Pour the water chestnut mixture (step 1) into the sugar mixture (step 2)

Step 6
Pour the mixture into glass or aluminium mold / tray.

Step 7
Steam over boiling water on high heat for 30 minutes.

Step 8
Allow the chrysanthemum jelly to cool completely (about 30 minutes), transfer to refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
