Step 1
Remove the bones from the carp fish, slice the fillet.

Step 2
Wash the chrysanthemum and cut into sections. Slice the ginger and garlic.

Step 3
Marinate with half a teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper for 5 minutes.

Step 4
In a pot, heat up some oil on medium heat, add sliced ginger and garlic to saute until aromatic. Then add chicken broth and stock to boil.

Step 5
Add chrysanthemum to cook for 4-5 minutes.

Step 6
Add fish to cook for 1 minute.

Step 7
Add ½ teaspoon salt to taste. Ready to serve.
