Chocolate brownies are the easy-to-make and popular desserts. Changing the traditional square shape into triangular in this Christmas and adding some decorations, they become Christmas Tree!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Chop the walnut. Wrap the foil at the bottom of the rectangle cake mold.
Step 2
Beat the egg and sugar, sieve in the cake flour, cocoa powder and mix well.
Step 3
Melt the butter and add into the flour mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the chocolate baking chips, walnut and mix well. Pour it in the cake mold and flatten the top. Place on the baking tray.
Step 5
Place in the oven and bake it for 35 minutes, remove from the mold and slightly press the top. Let cool and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 6
Add some green food coloring in the topping cream and whisk until sift peak.
Step 7
Cut the brownie into triangle shape, stick the rainbow candy stick at the bottom of the brownie. Mount on the topping cream, sprinkle with Xmas decorating sprinkle. Ready to serve.
