Who doesn’t like rich and smooth cheese cakes? Put some thought into the cheese cake - cut it into small cubes with strawberries as hats and turn them into some lovely Christmas genies. Kids will be exciting to have this dessert in the party!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160ºC.

Step 2
Prepare the crust. In a blender, blend the biscuit into crumbles.

Step 3
Melt the butter and mix into the biscuit. Add the ground cinnamon and mix well.

Step 4
Use the foil to wrap the bottom of the cake mold. Add the crust mixture and press it evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 5
Prepare the cheese cake. Beat the cream cheese until soft. Gradually add the sugar.

Step 6
Slowly add the egg, whipping cream and whisk until no lumps.

Step 7
Pour the mixture in the cake mold and place it on a baking pan.

Step 8
Add some water in the pan. Place in the oven and bake it for 50 minutes.

Step 9
Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for an hour.

Step 10
Rinse the strawberry and remove the stem. Whip the topping cream.

Step 11
Cut the cheese cake into square shape just slightly bigger then the strawberry.

Step 12
Place the strawberry on the cheese cake, pipe with topping cream. Decorate with sprinkle and ready to serve.
