Christmas Flower Wreath Matcha Cookies
Recipe Details
This matcha cookie is very crumbly with strong matcha flavor. Coated with white chocolate, nuts and dried raspberry, colourful and complicated texture!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 150°C. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Beat the unsalted butter until light yellow. Add granulated sugar and mix well.

Step 2
Add egg white in 2times and mix well. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Step 3
Sieve in cake flour and matcha powder. Mix until there are no lumps.

Step 4
Transfer to a piping bag with with a star tip. Pipe wreath shapes on the baking paper.

Step 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly coloured.

Step 6
Coat half of the cookie with melted white chocolate. Sprinkle with almonds, pistachio and dried raspberries before chocolate is set. Ready to serve.
