Chocolate Truffles was named because their shape looks alike truffles. They are not hard to make. You can even add your favourite decorations, ingredients and flavours. Dark chocolate has a bittersweet flavour, making the dessert tasteful.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Prepare chocolate ball. Melt the 250g dark chocolate in a double boiler. Add the whipping cream and mix well.

Step 2
In a pot, melt the cocoa butter, and the melted chocolate and mix well.

Step 3
Add the chocolate liqueur (Kahlúa) and mix again. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate has thickened.

Step 4
Use 2 spoons to form the chocolate into a ball shape and place it on a pan.

Step 5
Prepare the coating. Melt the dark chocolate and adjust the temperature close to the palm temperature.

Step 6
Dip the chocolate ball into the melted chocolate, drain the excess chocolate.

Step 7
Coat the chocolate ball with the topping. Ready to serve.
