Step 1

Mixed nuts (roasted) & Dried cranberries (diced)

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat

Step 4

Remove the chocolate from the heat. Add in nuts and mix until combined

Step 5

Drop chocolate mixture on a pan in small cluster

Step 6

Sprinkle with dried cranberries, decorative sugar or sea salt

Step 7

Place in the refrigerator and let it set. Ready to serve

Step 8

Place into a decorate bag or tin and your heart warming gift is ready!
