Step 1
Wash the pork blood, cut into pieces.

Step 2
Slice the red pepper and garlic. Cut the chives into section.

Step 3
Boil the pork blood for a few minutes in a pot of boiling chicken broth.

Step 4
Add half a teaspoon ground white pepper. Remove and drain dry after 30 seconds.

Step 5
In a pot, heat up some oil on medium high heat, add red peppers, garlic, shredded ginger until aromatic.

Add chives to saute for about 2 minutes.

Add pork blood to cook for 3 minutes

add half a teaspoon of ground white pepper, half a teaspoon of salt, saute thoroughly.
