Chinese Sausage Bibimbap

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Add marinade to the minced tenderloin meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Clean the Kee Wah Chinese Sausage, Kee Wah Chinese Duck Liver Sausage and rice. Cook the rice using the cooker in 1:1 with water and put Kee Wah Chinese Sausage on top. When the rice almost cooked, at the stage of shrimp eyes water, put Kee Wah Chinese Duck Liver Sausage on top and resume cooking until done.

Step 3
For the 2 sausages, dice half pieces and slice the other half.

Step 4
Heat a pan and stir-fry the diced sausages on high heat. Add shallot and stir-fry for another 1 minute.

Step 5
Add marinated meat and stir-fry until medium well. Add Kee Wah Premium Betty's XO Sauce and stir-fry until all the meat are done.

Step 6
Add the sauce mix and cook until boiled.

Step 7
Wipe the stone pot with 1 tsp oil evenly. Preheat the stone pot on high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Step 8
Add the rice and burn the stone pot with high heat directly for 1-2 minutes. Put the stir-fried pork on top the rice. Add sliced sausages, egg yolk and green onion. Dish it up and serve in hot.
