Step 1
Pour oil in the sauté pan, add onion, garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add spicy sauce and sauté.

Step 2
Add chicken legs and pork ribs, sauté. Add Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and salt for seasoning and colouring.

Step 3
Add water to boil and remove the foam layer.

Step 4
Add the corn, potato cubes, fungus, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, string beans, carrot pieces, and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 5
Add the luncheon meat slices, garland chrysanthemum, bell pepper, and cook, take it out after 5 minutes. Sprinkle the coriander and spring onion. Ready to serve.
