Dark soy sauce10 tsp
Water
Rock sugar20 g
Ginger20 g
Green onion20 pc
Sichuan pepper1 g
Star anise3 pc
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the ginger and cut the green onion in 1” length

Step 2
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add all the ingredients in the pot and braise it for 2 hours until the beef is tender

Step 3
Transfer to the plate

Step 4
place in the fridge until the beef is completely cool down

Sliced the beef

on the plate and drizzle with the sauce
