Step 1
Soak the Ching Bo Leung package in water

Step 2
In a pot, blanch the chicken for 3 minutes to excess the fat of the chicken

Step 3
Place the chicken in an ice bath

Step 4
In another pot, put all the ingredients except the salt and chicken powder, then add the water until it cover the chicken

Step 5
Boil for about 30 minutes on high heat and turn to medium low heat and cook for another hour

Step 6
add salt and chicken powder to taste
