Chinese yam (steamed)1000 g
Spareribs500 g
Red dates8 pc
Party Ginseng15 g
Astragalus20 g
Green onion10 pc
Shaoxing wine1 tbsp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and soak Chinese herbs

Step 2
Slice and peel ginger and cut spring onion into section

Step 3
Peel and cut Chinese yam into cubes

Step 4
In a pot with oil, sauté ginger, spring onion until fragrant, add blanched pork ribs

Step 5
Add rice wine and hot water and cook for 40 minutes

Step 6
Add Chinese herbs and Chinese yam

Step 7
Cook for 30 minutes, season with salt

Step 8
Serve hot
