Step 1
Mix minced pork, white bulb of spring onion, salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water, sugar, ginger juice, white pepper and Chinese rice wine well. After adding tofu, egg white, corn starch, stir by hand in clockwise direction. Strike the minced pork into the bowl by hand for 12-15 times. Roll the minced pork into meatballs and cover with tapioca starch , deep fry over medium heat until golden brown color. Stir fry ginger slices, garlic, dry shrimp, dry mushrooms, and then put chicken soup, water, and oyster sauce. Put the meatballs, cabbage and broccoli in step 5. Use the broccoli for platting after 2 minutes. Cook meatballs and Chinese cabbage with high heat for 10-15 minutes. Take the cabbage and meatballs out. Mix well the sauce into the soup, and cook it until rich and thick, enjoy!
