Step 1
Slice the tofu in 6 pieces

Step 2
cut the eggplant into small diced and soak in the water to void turning color

Step 3
In a pan, place the rack in the bottom and add water and bring it to boil, then put the eggplant and steam it for 3 minutes

Step 4
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame sauce, sesame oil and sugar and mix well

Step 5
When the eggplant is ready, combine the sauce and toss well

Step 6
Spoon the eggplant mixture on top of the tofu
